I am pleased to say that T&M Construction built my home in Monroe from Spring of 2022 to Spring of 2023. I brought them a set of plans. From that point there was continuous communication. They responded to my wishes, went over details, made suggestions, pointed out best practices, options, or costs. They kept me informed as to what was going to happen at each phase of the project. They we professional and well organized. The job site was orderly and clean. Workmanship, including subs – electric, plumbing heating, tile, paint, etc. was expert, and complete in every detail. We are very happy in our new home, and that T&M built it.
